500 g peaches
100 g sugar
1,5 dl boiling water
1,5 tablespoon potato flour
2 cc cold water
Clean the peaches and cut them into pieces. Have the pieces in a saucepan together with the sugar and boiling water. Let the peaches simmer for 10 minutes until the fruit has become soft and some pieces have dissolved.
Stir the potato flour together with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Pour the mixture slowly into the warm fruits while stirring continuously. You will then notice that the fruit is thickening into a thick fruit compote. Remove from the heat.
Serve warm with milk and sugar or vanilla custard.
