Homemade Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen peaches (chopped)
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine frozen peaches, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peach mixture until just combined.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Enjoy this homemade peach ice cream on its own, in a waffle cone, or topped with your favorite peach slices!
